Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To qualify:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Accessories and manuals must be included
- Invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized products
- Special order items
- Opened electronic components
- Software licenses
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Return Authorization
Please contact our support team before returning any product.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- Wrong product
- Defective product
- Missing items
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
