Ai-Thinker BW20-12F Dual-Band Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 5.0 Module

The BW20-12F is a next-generation dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 5.0) module developed by Ai-Thinker using the Realtek RTL8711 series wireless SoC. Unlike conventional 2.4GHz-only wireless modules, BW20-12F supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, allowing higher reliability and reduced interference in demanding wireless environments.

The module integrates a powerful dual-core MCU architecture consisting of a high-performance ARM V8.1 (Cortex-M4F compatible) processor operating up to 330MHz and a low-power ARM V8M (Cortex-M0 compatible) processor. Combined with BLE 5.0, BLE Long Range support, hardware security acceleration, and multiple peripheral interfaces, BW20-12F provides an excellent platform for commercial and industrial IoT products.

Designed for OEM integration, the module supports secondary development under Linux, secure wireless communication, and flexible hardware expansion through abundant GPIO and peripheral interfaces.
